From Wishlist to Done. Here’s How It Works
Book Your Day
Once you secure your Simplero VIP day with a 50% non-refundable deposit, you’ll receive an email with a link to an onboarding questionnaire that tells me all I need to know to prepare for your big day (ie. your logins, branding, content, etc.) and a checklist for your project so you can be prepared with your digital assets. We’ll also schedule a strategy session so we can clarify the aspects of your project prior to your VIP Day.
Strategy Session
Prior to your Simplero VIP Day, we will meet on Zoom for a complimentary strategy session to dive deep into your Simplero system and review all the assets you’ve prepared to ensure we’re on the same page and can be as productive as possible during your VIP Day.
VIP Day
Your VIP Day is dedicated to YOU. I’ll spend several hours working independently to implement your tech needs. After making significant progress we will meet on Zoom to review your project. The remaining few hours will be spent making any revisions and completing the project. I ask for you to be available at all times during your VIP Day for any last-minute questions, needs, or to get your approval in a timely manner.
Follow-Up Support
I won’t leave you hanging! After your VIP Day, you’ll receive a custom tutorial video showing you how to navigate your completed Simplero VIP Day project as well as instructions for making any simple changes. On top of that, you’ll have 30 days of email support for any additional questions you have.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Simplero VIP Day
How do I sign up for a VIP Day?
Book your VIP day above. This will bring you to a checkout page to pay your 50% non-refundable deposit and then book your VIP Day. After checkout, you will be taken to review and submit your Simplero VIP Day client agreement. I’ll be in touch within 2 business days with our next steps. One day prior to your VIP Day you will be invoiced for the remainder (payment due immediately). VIP Days are scheduled on a first booked first-served basis.
How do you accept payments?
I accept payments through bank transfer (Canadian customers only) or if it’s not possible, then Paypal. A $750 CAD non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due 1 day before your VIP day.
What if I need to rebook my VIP Day?
No worries as long as you provide me with 7 days notice. You can then reschedule your VIP day for any time in the next 90 days.
What do I need to prepare before my VIP Day?
After booking, you’ll receive an onboarding questionnaire and a checklist of assets to gather brand files, copy, images, logins, and anything else I’ll need to build your project. The more prepared you are, the more we can accomplish on the day.
What happens if I’m unable to provide all materials in time?
You can reschedule your VIP Day with 7 days notice free of charge. If you need to reschedule again you will be required to pay a small fee. However, the deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to have your VIP day.
Will I need to be on Zoom with you the whole day?
Goodness, no! On the morning of your VIP day, we’ll have a quick Zoom call, and after that, I ask for you to be available at all times during your VIP Day for any last-minute questions, needs, or to get your approval in a timely manner. We will have a second Zoom call midday to review your project and the progress that’s been made.
Can I shadow you on Zoom so I can learn from you as you work?
Unfortunately not. VIP days are jam-packed and do not allow time for training. If you want to learn Simplero, please contact me and I can get you in touch with the perfect person!
Do you write my copy?
No, however, I will give you some advice during our strategy session if you want to DIY your own copy, or I am more than happy to refer you to a brilliant copywriter.
Do you do my branding?
Nope. Your visual branding must be complete and sent to me prior to your VIP Day. This includes colours, fonts, logo, etc. However, based on your branding, I will be incorporating design assets as needed. Please let me know if you would like some recommendations for designers I will connect you.
What can realistically get done in one day?
It depends on the scope and complexity of your project. A single funnel with pages, email sequences, and automations is very achievable. A full course setup, lead magnet system, or account cleanup can also be completed in a day. We scope this together during your pre-VIP strategy session so there are no surprises.
What if I want to work with you but don’t think a VIP Day is the right fit?
