I help clients migrate from Kajabi, Teachable, ConvertKit, WordPress, Thinkific, Kartra, and other platforms. If you’re not sure whether I can help with yours, just book a quick consult and I’ll let you know.
Will my existing customers lose access during migration?
No. A properly managed migration ensures existing customers maintain access throughout the transition. This is one of the most important things to plan for, and we address it as part of the migration process.
How long does a Simplero migration take?
Timeline depends on the size and complexity of your current setup. A smaller migration with one course and a basic email list will be faster than a full platform move with multiple courses, memberships, and extensive automations. We agree on a timeline during your consult.
Do I need to cancel my old platform before migration?
No. I recommend keeping your old platform active until everything is tested and confirmed working in Simplero. Only cancel once you’re fully live and satisfied.
What do I need to prepare before we start?
I’ll send a full preparation checklist after your consultation. Generally, you’ll need admin access to your current platform, your brand assets, content files, and any existing customer data you want transferred.
