How many hours are included per month?
Retainer packages are scoped based on your needs. We discuss volume and task types during your consult so you get the right level of support for your business.
What if I need more support than usual in a given month?
Can you train me to use Simplero?
How does billing work?
You will be charged at the beginning of the month for the package selected.
If you require work that exceeds your package, you will be invoiced at your hourly rate on the next month’s invoice.
Hours do not roll over to the next month.
